What's your salon policy
10 min grace period is given. 15-20+ mins late, you will be charged 25% of your service & asked to reschedule. Appointments canceled within 48 hrs of booked appt will incur a charge of 25%. Appointments canceled day of will incur a charge of 50% Appointments rescheduled within 48 hrs of book appt will incur a charge of 25%. Appointments rescheduled the day of appt will incure a charge of 50%. No call / no show will incur a charge of entire service booked No-call/no shows 2x will be blocked from making future appointments
